Pakistan's Swat Snow Festival Ended Successfully

Tickets on flights arriving in Pakistan have long been popular amongst culture vultures booking tickets on international flights to experience country’s incredible cultural offerings. However, the nation also teems with countless colourful events and festivities to impress foreign visitors and merrymakers.

Recently, visitors who bought tickets on cheap flights arriving in Pakistan in the month of March were treated to one of country’s most eagerly awaited fest, Swat Snow Festival that began on March 14, 2013.

The four-day colourful fiesta concluded successfully at the Pakistani ski resort of Malam Jabba on March 17, 2013 with massive attendance from both local and out of state visitors who bought tickets on international flights only to partake in this popular fest.

Located 9,000 feet above sea level, Malam Jabba is popular hill resort in Swat region of Pakistan. The place has historically been of a prominent centre for skiers and skiing enthusiasts.

The festival has been incepted to help revive tourism in Swat valley and would provide better opportunities to visiting rovers desirous of exploring natural exquisiteness of the region. This year, the fest gave tourists an opportunity to enjoy various sports, sample local cuisines and take in awesome sights.

With dollops of fun and frolics, this colourful fiesta is believed to have played a major role in boosting tourism and has become an inescapable reason prompting thousands to look for tickets for flights to the destination in Pakistan, over the years.
