More 'ibis' Hotels to open up in India

Tourists who plan India holidays, book flight tickets for the country and land in the nation hoping to have a whale of time are usually disappointed with only one aspect of their vacations in India – accommodation! Lack of quality mid-range properties have led people to opt for expensive five-stars that more often than not shoots up their budget and renders the hard work on procuring things like tickets on low-priced India flights meaningless. But not anymore! Over the last couple of years the country has seen a massive rise in investment by both local and global hospitality firms.

Latest to announce its investment in India is InterGlobe Hotels. The hospitality firm has recently announced that it will open 13 new properties under economy brand 'ibis' across India by 2015, adding 2,000 rooms and offering convenient address of stay to tourists in the nation.

While the move is sure to please foreign vacationers and businessmen who block tickets on choicest of India flights, the prospect of several mid-range pads is going to put smiles on the faces of domestic tourists who always seem for a holiday and look to travel from one part of India to another. An economical brand is also wonderful news to explorers as they would now be able to team their cheap flights with quality budget accommodation.
