There was a time when India was considered a massive tourist destination that sadly featured very limited quality accommodation choices. Even today thousands seek flights tickets to the country at a given time, and the nation’s popularity as one of the hottest holiday hotspots has risen manifolds. Thankfully, besides increased tourist inflow on flights, the country has witnessed abundance of investment in the hotel sector that has ensured that India has no shortage of accommodation options, at least in the foreseeable future!

Keeping the trend going, American hospitality giant Carlson Rezidor is going to invest big in the realm, hoping to open up as many as 100 properties in the nation by 2015, divulge online reports.

A top company official elucidated that currently Carlson Rezidor has 56 hotels in operations with an additional 43 in pipeline.

The firm says that it will open doors of 14 hotels in the coming few months, allowing tourists who are currently browsing the Internet for cheap flights tickets to the ancient land of India to include the options in their scheme of things. The properties will come up under different brands of the company. While those with deep pockets can opt for up-scale addresses, the kinds who chose to book cheap flights tickets can opt for mid-range properties. In short, there are enough alternatives by the Carlson for different sorts of crowd trickling in.

Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Inn, Park Plaza and Country Inn & Suites are some of the brands governed by the corporation, providing numerous options to tourists landing in India after booking tickets on flights.
