CentralWorld in Bangkok, one of the largest shopping centres in the world, will play host to the Miracle of Thai Food and Fruit Festival 2012.
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), which is running the event, is hoping to tempt tourists with over 40 booths selling products from across the country, NNT reports.
This year, the TAT is said to be anticipating a ten per cent growth in takings and hungry tourists are sure to find plenty of dishes they are willing to part with their Bahts for, as Thai dishes have been voted among the 50 most delicious in the world by CNN Go.
In its list, Tom Yam Goong was the top Thai dish in fourth, while Pad Thai was ranked fifth, Som Tam came in sixth and Massaman curry rounded out the top ten.
