The annual Dragon Boat festival is set to take place at the Festival Marina Dubai.
The countdown to the start of the annual Dragon Boat Festival in Dubai has begun, with competitors from across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) poised to take part.
Held at the Festival Marina Dubai, the two-day race meet is now in its fifth year and is promising another weekend of fun and action.
Taking place between April 6th and 7th, the event will see a number of amateur teams and community groups competing, as well as some of the region's leading crews, including the Steelcraft Dragons.
"We are looking forward to welcoming back the UAE Dragon Boating competitors to Festival Marina for what promises to be a fun-filled weekend, with activities both on and off the water," said Bernice Boshoff, general manager of Festival Centre.
